Please note: Due to the custom nature of printing services, we generally do not offer refunds once production has begun. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before production has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Printing Errors: If the error is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect colors, misprints, or damaged products), we will either reprint your order at no additional cost or issue a refund.
  • Shipping Errors: If we ship the wrong product or your order is lost in transit, we will either reship the correct product or issue a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-supplied incorrect files or design errors
  • Color variations between digital proofs and final printed products
  • Changes of mind after production has begun
  • Minor variations that are inherent to the printing process

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns

In some cases, we may require you to return the defective products before issuing a refund. If this is necessary:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of approval
